According to Leary, the legislation will (1) ignore the "unique harm" presented by the easy distribution of such images; (2) impede the investigation of actual child pornography; (3) "provide a built-in defense for pedophiles"; and (4) expand the "marketplace" of child exploitation.]]></description>
